Average weight: 350 grammes.To add to your barbecue along with the duck breasts or to make preserved duck meat (confit), the fat duck leg is a must-have.

 

 

 

 

Fat duck inner fillets, refrigerated or quick-frozen

A fine and light product that can complement all your menus. The fillets are individually quick frozen (IQF) and packed into a 500 gramme bag. They can also be packaged as refrigerated.
